Aram is a long-term model that incorporates ownership and accountability into how we operate, and sustainability integration is critical to bringing that model to life. Sustainable integration informs our strategic and operational strategies and helps us achieve our environmental goals, from corporate governance to human capital management, responsible investments, and risk management.

Among these accomplishments are:

• Strong performance while navigating unpredictable markets within sophisticated risk management and control framework
• Conducting a rigorous Board candidate assessment process that reflects the Company's commitment to searching out highly competent individuals of varied gender and ethnicity. Identifying a Head of Inclusion and conducting firmwide unconscious bias training.
• Targeting our company headquarters' greenhouse gas emissions to reduce it to the minimum level.
